How do I get my certificates?
Once you score a passing grade of 70% on any test, you will be asked to complete an online course evaluation. After completing the evaluation, you’ll be redirected to the course page where you’ll see a link to download the certificate. You can also access your certificates any time by visiting your dashboard page.
How do I get a receipt for my purchase?
Please check your inbox for an email receipt. You can also see your order history by visiting your account page.
I just purchased a test. How do I access it?
You can access your tests online by visiting your dashboard.
If you don’t see a test you purchased on your dashboard, please complete the contact us form.
How can I see my test scores and answers?
You can access your test scores and see a record of your answers by visiting your dashboard. Click the arrow to the left of the test title to expand the box. Then click the icon under “Statistics.”
How can my employer verify my certificate?
Visit the Certificate Verification page and enter the Certificate ID found on the certificate verify its authenticity.
Can I mail in my test?
As of January 2024, we are no longer accepting mailed in tests. You can take all of our tests online by browsing the library.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Complete the contact us form to request a refund. Please make sure to include your order number.
