An internationally recognized expert in laboratory hematology and hematopathology, her work focuses on the diagnosis of hematologic malignancies, digital pathology, flow cytometry, and innovative approaches to laboratory workflow optimization. Through her extensive clinical, research, and educational leadership, Dr. Pozdnyakova has helped shape best practices in modern hematology laboratories and advance the adoption of emerging technologies that enhance diagnostic quality and operational efficiency.
